Lt. (Ret.) Deacon Michael Anthony Alston

Tis' now, we gather to honor the memory of Lt. (Ret.) Deacon Michael A. Alston, a brave firefighter whose earthly battle has ended. Throughout his career, Michael demonstrated unwavering courage and selflessness. He dedicated his life to protecting others, often putting his own safety at risk to save lives and property.

As we remember Michael, we are reminded of his heroic spirit, compassion, and relentless dedication to the community. His fight, both on the front lines of firefighting and in life, was fought with honor and integrity.

We bow in humble submission to the will of God as this loving family has charged our staff to make known to all that their beloved: Michael A. Alston of Dawson, Georgia, answered the master's call and exchanged time for eternity on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
